About Us

The team at High Desert Hotels has been successfully managing hotels since 2002. We currently manage select service Marriott, Best Western and Boutique hotels in Washington, Oregon and California. Our goal is to operate consistently successful hotels for the long term. 

Management Services

  • OPERATIONS - Through regular property visits, weekly calls, careful planning, proper staffing and thorough follow up, we will ensure the property meets or exceeds standards in areas of cleanliness, condition and service. 
  • REPORTING & FINANCIAL - Provide monthly financial reports, weekly forecasts and annual budget. Review monthly P&L statements, conduct accounting audits and ensure A/R and A/P are up to date. 
  • SALES & MARKETING - Use all available tools to promote the property to capture and increase occupancy.
  • REVENUE MANAGEMENT - Provide tailored Revenue Management to ensure the maximum occupancy and ADR for each individual property. 
  • CAPITAL EXPENDITURES - Oversee projects, renovations and improvement plans to ensure to property is kept updated, relevant and meets all brand requirements.

Meet the Team

Amy Reynolds

Amy moved to Bend, OR in 2002 to oversee the 

building, opening and management of the first two Marriott hotels in the area. After 8 successful years, a new Marriott in Redding, CA was added and Amy started High Desert Hotels with her husband Ron. 

Ron Reynolds

After moving to Bend, Ron assisted in the building and opening of the first two Marriott hotels, overseeing all FF& E and OS&E. He is certified through Marriott and Best Western in both General and Revenue Management. 

Lacy Coleman

Lacy began her career as front desk, quickly moving to Front Desk Manager, then on to Sales Manager. After great success she took over at General Manager for three years.

Tina Rust

Tina has vast experience in hotel operations, revenue management and sales. She was most recently General Manager of a large Best Western in Pennsylvania and has recently joined our team. 

Russell Schey

Russell graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in business. He has joined the High Desert Hotels team as Revenue Manager and Accounting. 

Samantha LaMeres

Samantha began her hotel career 13 years ago as front desk in Bend, OR. She has taken on the corporate role of HR and Social Media.
