At High Desert Hotels, we pride ourselves on our ability to bring out the passion and dedication in our teams. Happy associates' equal happy guests, which equal happy owners. That is our recipe for success. We have been successfully managing hotels since 2002. We currently manage select service Marriott, Best Western, Hilton, and Choice brands, as well as boutique hotels and lodges. Our current locations include Washington, Oregon, California, and Illinois. Our goal is to operate consistently successful hotels for the long term.

President / CEO
A native Oregonian, Amy started her hotel career 25+ years ago with Hilton. She began building and managing Marriott hotels in 2002. Amy and Ron developed High Desert Hotels and manage a full portfolio of properties.
VP of Operations
After moving to Bend, Ron assisted in the building and opening of the first two Marriott hotels, overseeing all FF& E and OS&E. He is certified through Marriott and Best Western in both General and Revenue Management.
Finance and Accounting
Russell graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in business. He brings 7 years of experience in Finance.
Regional Manager- North
Tina started her career at a convention hotel in Springfield, OR, and over the years has gained vast experience in operations, revenue management, sales, customer service, and management. She is most admired for her communication skills. Tina is passionate about the training and development of the hotel teams and is one of the key reasons for the high morale that leads to exceptional guest satisfaction.
Regional Manager - South
Belinda found her excitement for our industry starting her career with a limited-service hotel in Bend, OR and continuing with a Hospitality & Tourism Management certification through Florida Atlantic University. Excelling in areas of operations, revenue management, strategy analysis, project management, customer service, and interpersonal communications; Belinda takes pride in ensuring her teams have the tools and knowledge to be successful in today's competitive market. Her attention to detail and passion for motivating teams to success have been highlighted as her greatest assets.
Regional Manager - Marriott Brands
Lacy lives by the Marriott Brand. Working for the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Redding, CA from the front desk associate all the way up to the General Manager, Lacy now boasts the very important role of a Regional Manager of Marriott Brands within High Desert Hotels. She is a "Marriott Guru". Lacy was born and raised in Redding, CA and started her hotel career at a young age not knowing this would become her dream job as she continued to climb up the ladder. Lacy currently oversees our two Marriott properties and keeps the team up to date on all the Marriott requirements. Lacy is a true leader, not only because of her wealth of knowledge, but also because of her genuine hospitality spirit and kindness.
Director of Business Operations
Keri discovered her passion for hospitality after working onboard the fleet of Celebrity Cruise Lines. After Keri received her degree in Hospitality Management, she started working for Hilton, where she excelled in several positions, including front desk, administrative, director of catering, and group room sales. Keri's creative visionary skills, organizational skills and compassion for people are key components of her success. Keri happily welcomes the variety of tasks assisting with the overall business operations and development of our growing organization.
Payroll Specialist & HR Coordinator
Lori who has become well known for her technical savvy skills, dedication to quality, the ability to strengthen morale, reduce expenditures, and dramatically improve compliance is exactly what she does for our organization. With several years of experience in the human resource/payroll field primarily in the manufacturing and retail background, Lori decided to jump into the hospitality industry to bring her level of expertise to a multi-faceted and complex industry of multi brand and multi state infrastructures.
Corporate Chief Engineer
Brandon started his career in hotels at the Holiday Inn in Yakima, WA as a busser, working his way up in a variety of positions, Brandon found his passion in the maintenance and engineering department. After joining The Hotel Y within the High Desert Hotels portfolio, Brandon offered his skills to assist the company by traveling to different hotel locations to help with special projects. Brandon loves a challenge and is determined to find the solution when something goes wrong. In his position as the Corporate Chief Engineer, Brandon coaches all our maintenance departments with training, intense projects guidance and learning new safety measures.
Director of Development & Acquisitions
Scott brings a wealth of knowledge in his 25 years of experience in hospitality, development and finance.
Special Projects Coordinator
Samantha began her hotel career with the first Marriott in Bend, OR. She has over 10 years hotel experience including opening, ramp up, emergency response and communication.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Sales, marketing and motivating her team is Megan's passion. She began her hotel career back in 1999 and has been a dynamo in sales and leadership ever since.
