That is our recipe for success. We have been successfully managing hotels since 2002. We currently manage select service Marriott, Best Western, Hilton, and Choice brands, as well as boutique hotels and lodges. Our current locations include Washington, Oregon, California, and Illinois. Our goal is to operate consistently successful hotels for the long term.

Management Services
- OPERATIONS - Through regular property visits, weekly calls, careful planning, proper staffing, and thorough follow-up, we will ensure the property meets or exceeds standards in areas of cleanliness, condition, and service.
- REPORTING & FINANCIAL - Provide monthly financial reports, weekly forecasts, and annual budgets. Review monthly P&L statements, conduct accounting audits, and ensure A/R and A/P are up to date.
- SALES & MARKETING - Use all available tools to promote the property to capture and increase occupancy.
- REVENUE MANAGEMENT - Provide tailored revenue management to ensure the maximum occupancy and ADR for each individual property.
- CAPITAL EXPENDITURES - Oversee projects, renovations, and improvement plans to ensure the property is kept updated, relevant, and meets all brand requirements.

A native Oregonian, Amy started her hotel career 25+ years ago with Hilton. She began building and managing Marriott hotels in 2002. Amy and Ron developed High Desert Hotels and manage a full portfolio of properties.
