That is our recipe for success. We have been successfully managing hotels since 2002. We currently manage select service Marriott, Best Western, Hilton, and Choice brands, as well as boutique hotels and lodges. Our current locations include Washington, Oregon, California, and Illinois. Our goal is to operate consistently successful hotels for the long term.

President / CEO
A native Oregonian, Amy started her hotel career 25+ years ago with Hilton. She began building and managing Marriott hotels in 2002. Amy and Ron developed High Desert Hotels and manage a full portfolio of properties.
VP of Operations
After moving to Bend, Ron assisted in the building and opening of the first two Marriott hotels, overseeing all FF& E and OS&E. He is certified through Marriott and Best Western in both General and Revenue Management.
Accounting Manager
Samanatha has been in the hotel industry most of her life and contributes a vast number of skills to our company. Managing numbers and training our teams on how to be as accurate and efficient as possible is no small task.
Regional Manager
Belinda's vast experience with several hotel brands makes her a valuable team member of High Desert Hotels. Belinda excels in various areas such as operations, revenue management, strategy analysis, project management, customer service, and interpersonal communication. She takes pride in equipping her teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in today's competitive market.
Director of Business Operations
After achieving a degree in Hospitality Management and excelling in various roles from the front office to sales & events for the Hilton brand for 16 years, Keri moved forward to expand her management skills in a full-service independent hotel. Keri's outstanding organizational skills, and sincere empathy for others is a valuable asset to the growth and progress of our organization.
Multi-Property Sales Manager
Sara brings vast experience in hospitality, from select-service properties to luxury resorts. With a strong background in both social and corporate sales, Sara has built her career on forging genuine partnerships rather than simple transactions. Sara has become a trusted ally to clients and colleagues alike, proving that true success is built on sincerity, strategy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Payroll Specialist & HR Coordinator
With several years of experience in the human resource/payroll field primarily in the manufacturing and retail background, Lori shifted her focus to the hospitality industry to bring her level of expertise to a multi-faceted and complex industry of multi-brand and multi state infrastructures. Lori's focused dedication and delivery of satisfaction to our many team members proves to be invaluable to High Desert Hotels.
Director of Development/Acquisitions
Scott brings a wealth of knowledge in his 25+ years of experience in hospitality, development and finance. Scott is a great resource for High Desert Hotels when it comes to making sound decisions.
